vegan carrot cake

loved this cake, the only problem was icing was all over the inside of the box lid, you need something like a pizza box stopper, but flavour still delicious.

Wonderful cake! Cake is a craving that as a vegan is hard to satisfy with so few bakeries around and this was amazing. Highly recommend!
